The time between the occurrence of problems and their detection was reduced to 12 minutes, allowing Nuevo Siglo’s maintenance team to discover the problem before its customers file a complaint. By monitoring more than 10,000 points in real time, we created an interactive visualization to quickly classify problems and their eventual repair protocols.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

For complex problems, the follow-up of individual clients resulted in a reduction of up to 80% of the time needed to deliver a solution and allowed for greater follow-up on each case, thus avoiding subsequent complaints.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
